The Renault Twizy is a tiny, zero-emissions electric urban runabout. However, the unimaginative gaze of the law hasn't been as taken by the Twizy's car-like cabin and motorcycle-like appeal, pegging it simply as a quadricycle. There's no need for a crash helmet as the Twizy is officially a quadricycle or small car, but there's a belt loop for your right shoulder to augment the standard lap-and-diagonal seatbelt which passes over your left.
